Offer valid at participating hotels and resorts for stays between 11/15/09 and 4/30/10 and is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Credit and breakfast components are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied towards a future stay. Offer is not combinable with other promotions, packages, negotiated/qualified rate plans or bonus offers.

**Activity Credits are earned per room, per stay. A US $50 credit is earned after each second consecutive night for each booked room up to a US$200 credit maximum. Credit will be applied to guest folio at time of checkout. For properties outside of the U.S., the prevailing exchange rate for local currency at time of check-out (as determined by the property) will be applied to the folio in the value of credit earned per these terms and conditions.  Final credit value will be based upon total nights consumed. Credit can be applied towards all hotel charges except room rate, corresponding taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, resort fees and select activities and restaurants as determined by the property.
